This page explains what information Jumper Studio (“we”, “us”) collects through the Jumper website and what we do with it. By using the site or signing up for the closed alpha, you agree to the practices described here.
What we collect
When you submit the closed-alpha form we collect the information you provide:
- Your name

- How you heard about Jumper
We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking pixels on this site. Standard server access logs (IP address, request path, user agent) are retained by our hosting provider for up to 30 days for operational and security purposes.
How we use it
- To contact you about closed-alpha access, related product updates, and to gather feedback during testing.
- To understand which channels are bringing testers in, in aggregate.
- To prevent duplicate sign-ups and abuse.
We will not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Where it's stored
Sign-ups are stored in Google Cloud Firestore (region: asia-east1) under our Google Cloud project. The website itself runs on Google Cloud Run. Google acts as a data processor under their Data Processing Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep sign-up records for as long as the closed alpha is active and for up to 12 months after it ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Confirm what data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from communications
Email privacy@jumper.example with your request and we'll action it within 30 days.

Changes
If we materially change this policy we'll update the “last updated” date above and, where required, contact existing alpha sign-ups by email.
